Located near the train station, it's easy to get here from the train. The hotel is in a quieter area of town but some of the main landmarks like Bayterek tower are not very close. However, the availability of affordable Ubers makes it easy to get around. The reception area is nicely decorated with interesting artifacts. The rooms are spacious and tidy.

The hotel's location is slightly run-down, and the hallways can have a smell of smoke.

The hotel had free parking and easy access to public transportation, which was convenient. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. breakfast was included in the price of the room and offered a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's internet connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and complete necessary work. the hotel lacked amenities such as a gym or pool, which would have been appreciated during downtime between business meetings.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, which made it easy to go out and explore. the bed was comfortable and provided us with a good night's rest. It was also nice to be offered a complimentary bottle of water upon check-in.

Our romantic escape was not everything we had hoped for. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome.
